Something that I never understood, not just about this episode, but in fantasy in general. How the bloody hell does a stone building catch fire? There was nothing around that door that should be flammable. A metal door, stone walls, ceiling, floor, yet the fire continues to creep in, what exactly is burning?

There may be a little problem, which I just noticed. At 3:20 into episode 5, Master Ki-Adi-Mundi dies, as Qimir impales him from behind. However, this may not be a problem IF Master Ki-Adi-Mundi from The Phantom Menace was named after his father. What do you think?

I think the Jedi killed the witches. The way Torbin acted seemed like they did something terrible.

He was quite "stiff" with rules and such, but he respected his masters orders and he did not hesitate a second to "save" Osha when she was accused of Master Torbins death.

While Sol may yet have a role in why things went as bad as they did at the enclave, I still think that it is Mae's fault, even if SHE blames the Jedi. She proved, once again, she doesn't care to respect Osha's choice, she just wants Osha at her side. She says they "brainwashed" Osha, but immediately follows it up with "you CHOSE the Jedi." Mae refuses to recognize that Osha has any agency or acknowledge her own actions. Everything she does she feels is "justified" as long as it keeps Osha and her together.

This show didn't care about its cast whatsoever.

My theory of only LGTV4kHD people liking this show continues to strengthen.

More or less, I found it a bit forced, the "sith lord's" motivation was quite vague.

Both Mae and Osha are brainwashed and being played. The Jedi are being blamed firstly by the Witches and secondly by Mae and Qimir. The Jedi are doing what their masters the Republic want them to do or like the Witches they would face retribution and possibly Order 66 ed.

I don’t think Qimir is THEE Sith Lord. I believe he’s the Acolyte for either Tenebrous or Plaguies. I think he wants to be free and find his own apprentice. But his master will find him before the show ends.

Man, this episode was absolutely fire. I am beginning to get my doubts about Sol though. There is a hidden darkness inside him. But we’ll see how this will develop. Sad about the deaths and my mouth falling open at the time was pretty much the mirror image of your own reaction lol. Great vid, looking forward to the next one!

Spoiler altert, this is totally the origin story for the Knights of Ren. Think about it.

Why did Mae resist arrest from Jackie if she wants to surrender herself to the Jedi in the previous episode? 🤔 Besides, where was Sol when: -Jackie fight Darth Ezra Miller. Weird since Sol was there with Jackie for the 2v1 fight against Darth EM. When Jackie vs EM, Sol was just gone. -Darth Ezra Miller slaughtered the other Jedi? Also, why didn't Darth EM just use his force push against the horde of giant moths attacking him? Weird, since he used it earlier against a group of Jedi. What about Kelnacca? Nobody is going to check-in to see how is he doing? I hope this get resolved in the next ep.

Louise, i just wanted to say im sorry for how you were treated on twitter for the video you were in for a 100% good cause and effect, to unite some of the fans. Im from the other side of the fandom technically, and it sucks to see these people do the same to you. I speak for alot of us. Its impossible to win because they just flat out hate wherever they can.

This episode is the best episode so far. The fight choreo was insane, it really brought us back to prequel style combat and showing the different styles of combat from Sol and Jecki's tag team to Qimir using his armor to short the sabers, even Sol using hands for his fights, were all done extremely well. Sol and Qimir's acting are top tier, you can see and hear the changes Qimir's actor does for all of his scenes, and after Jecki and Yord you can see Sol start giving into his pain, Imo Sol is best actor in this series, chills. Now that we know the face of the darksider, we can focus on whatever happened on Brendok, what will happen with Mae and Osha, and Qimir's backstory, hopefully. Now to wait for next weeks episode. Killing Jecki was sad. Lots of potential as a character. Flying bugs chase was lame. The Parent Trap switch of the twins... I mean really. As Deadpool said in regards to a plot point, 'That's just lazy writing.' They have shown that red crystal dust a few times. Maybe it can heal triple light saber stabs? Disappointed in this episode.

Fun fact that helmet and arm bracer is made out of cortosis which is why the lightsabers deactivated on contact so that’s a nice touch also hasbro just announced black series helmet of qimir’s helmet and I am totally painting it to look like an inquisitor helmet and painting the welding cracks in glowing red so it would be a mix between an inquisitor helmet and kylo ren’s helmet in rise of skywalker

Cortosis is Not the OP game breaker people think it is. Even in Legends it has a number of limitations. 1. It is extremely rare. 2. It is brittle and not suitable for use in hard armor or weapons. It is most commonly incorporated as a "weave" 3. It is a Limited use item, As every time it is struck by a lightsaber it is actually being cut partially. It is consumed by use. Smilo Ren's helmet is not Plate, it is a Gimp Mask, That is why pomnel strikes and elbows work All that said, it is in fact, also NOT force repellent. It does not have any magneto helmet anti Telepath powers. That is probably just a misdirect and a red herring. Sowing doubt and misinformation. Even if you did something silly like giving it a padded lining made of Yslmiri skin, ( Which also would not work because they have to be alive) That would cut off your ability to use the force which this clearly doesn't.. The concealed lightsaber in the stacked can configuration is not a problem. No one should be trying to say that one blade shoots through the other handle. When connected the circuitry just routes everything to the single emitter. The bigger Problem is their complete inability to understand the passage of time and continuity. The murder and confrontation happened at sunset.... The episode is labeled "night", But it runs all the way through the entire engagement until the following dawn. Now. You may say multiple suns, or multiple moons.... But they didn't and this is just executed.... poorly. They are clearly trying to hedge their bets and avoid committing to Qmir being a Sith. Whether he is or not and whether he is the Master or the Apprentice or not doesn't matter. Calling your pupil an "Acolyte" Only matters under the Rule of 2 from a Certain point of View.... It is the hypocrisy of technically abiding by a rule you are blatantly breaking. Also, As we see with Maul and Savage, if you are NOT a "current" Ro2 Sith and claim the title Master or Apprentice, That is a fast track to getting the actual Sith's attention. Osha used the magnetic coupler on Pip's head to connect to the metallic "X" symbol on the back of Qmir's robes. I don't have a problem with it and it is just the plot convenience of giving him something else to deal with. Coercing the jedi into striking in anger is a recurring theme, and the most common way to get them to slip into the dark side. Now that Mae has betrayed him, I can believe Qmir is on the lookout for any new candidate. Top of his new list to try out are both Osha and Sol.

Too bad they canceled all the other seasons. I guess this show wasn't what they were expecting. 😂
